As per the SCC CGL 2020 a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree and obtain the requisite certificates on or befor e January 1, 2021. According to this the Education eligibility criteria for SCC CGL 2022 would be that a candidate must pass in bachelor's degree and obtain the certificates on or before January 1, 2023. You are eligible to apply for SSC CGL 2022 if you pass in all subjects in the Bachelor's degree from a recognised board.
