I will be getting about 122 in mains. Can score well in bitsat. Is the difficulty level in bitsat is more than in mains.

I understand that you haven't performed as well in JEE Mains as you would have liked to. But, never underestimate your true capabilities.
Plaese note that BITSAT has 150 questions which also includes an English section unlike the 90 questions in JEE Mains. So, obviously BITSAT is easier than Mains. I would advice you to start preparing mock tests and from old question papers again and again.
BITSAT is mostly a speed test. The key is to be accurate in solving problems while maintaining a good speed in solving them. Questions in BITSAT are usually straightforward and mostly require direct application of formulae or concepts.
