I will complete my degree(bsc mecs) this year.Iam confused about which course I should choose and I want best payscale.Plssss suggest me

Hi, I would suggest you should do an M.Sc as the subjects that you have studied are popular ones and you have stiff competition. If you wish to enter engineering, the other option is to do an M.Tech. However for M.Tech you will require M.Sc in Maths or Computers or Electronics. GATE is the entrance exam for M.Tech. Some institutes like IIIT Hyd also conduct their own entrance exam. However, you need to complete M.Sc first. Try for a job then to gain some experience. If you feel the need to improve your chances, you could then look at M.Tech.

Tq very much for Ur suggestion.i want to ask u one thing can I do VLSI (or)embedded system after b.sc mecs and one more thing as you said doing m.tech after completing m.tech can I get jobs and which type of jobs I can get suggest me.

I am not sure M.Sc in VLSI or embedded systems is offered. I couldnt get any information on that. However JAM is the entrance for M.Sc at IITs and NITs. Check that if you find a course that may suit though you wont get VLSI or embedded systems. That is offered in M.Tech courses. Jobs after M.Tech are in engineering areas depending upon what course you pursue. M.Tech will fetch you a decent job but all of that will depend upon your marks, company and other factors.
