    Yes you can give IAS or IPS exam after engineering in CSE. IAS and IPS exam require graduation and all your subjects cleared that is no backlogs from a recognized University or College.

    and you should prepare for it starting from the very first year since its syllabus is very vast, you should manage both things by making a time table and give equal time to both.
