350 marks are very less to fetch you a seat , but don't loose hope as the Cutoff changes every year,
You have not mentioned your domincile and the lowest marks to get seat was 342 in KODAGU institute of medical sciences,

As KODAGU medical college's Cutoff have similarities with your marks , and as the Cutoffs are subject to change every year , it's better to attend counseling along with trying for management quota ,
And different colleges have different fee structure ,
