It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 171838 - 203988 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students

I hope that you are doing fine
As i can see you belong to sc category but you haven't mentioned your state which is creating problem for me to predict colleges you can get into.
But as you belong to sc , I think you'll be able to get in govt. Mbbs college but again that will depend upon ypur state.
See colleges can't be predicted this easily as cut offs change every year and there are various aspects related to that like
1. No. of candidates
2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3. Level of exam
4. No. of seats etc.
But don't worry
You can still get an idea about your rank , college you may get through these links
Also, you can checkout previous year cut offs in order to obtain more specific information
