No, with the marks you have mentioned your rank would be around 90825-99323 and with this rank chances are quite low for you getting an seat in an government college. You needed some more marks to had some chances for the concern. Anyhow you could opt for private colleges as well but I won't advice you to do that as they charge you really high which I don't recommend. So I would advise you to study well and prepare nicely and reappear for NEET 2021 and score around 550 to get high chances of getting an government seat.

Based upon the marks that you have scored you may end up having a rank in the range of 90825-99323. Now with this rank range it is difficult to get a seat in the government colleges via 15% All India Quota for open category.
You should try out for private colleges under 85% State Quota where you have better chances with respect to your home state.
