Dear Aspirant,

According to last years cutoff,general candidate having 500+ score in NEET were able to get government seat in Karnataka.But the cutoff changes every year you can through 85% state level quota to get government seat in Karanataka.With 438 score you have a chance of getting semi government and good private colleges in Karnataka.
