Hi

To get into IIIT, Bhubaneswar (your college of concern), you must get a score of 120+ in JEE Main to get a seat and definitely score above 140 to get Computer Science. That would mean a percentile of 96-98 would be enough. For IIITs like Hyderabad, Allahabad etc., the cutoffs would be higher. For other IIITs, a percentile of atleast 95 is required.
