I will get more than 520 Marks in neet 2020 ..can I get any mbbS private college of low cost in India with these marks or in any gov college in any state please inform me

According to previous year, 520 marks may fetch you all india rank between 37000-38000.This is a safe score to secure a A-cat seat in many of the private medical colleges across the country. In some states you may even get a govt. medical seat. So try in states like karnataka.
