I will get seat in TS Eamcet by getting 40 marks?

with 40marks you would be just passing the exam and just qualifying the exam.
and yes you will definitely be getting a seat because you will be qualified for the exam if you get 40 marks.
i am sorry to inform you that you wont be able to get any government college seat,but in private colleges you would be getting a seat.
