If you have Physics and Biology/Biotechnology as the other 2 subjects along with Chemistry in your 12th class and you will complete 17 years atleast by the 31st of December, you can fill the form for NEET 2019. Those candidates who are awaiting their 12th results can fill in the form. But you need to complete your 12th exam at the time of counselling or you will not be selected. Hope this helps!
