No, ticking in the Intermediate column of your application form would not be a problem if you are appearing for your UP Board exams.


Intermediate is a generic category wherein several board exams of states are included; UP Board is also an example. So when you tick mark this column, so it stands that you are not appearing for the CBSE or ICSE board exam.


It is sensible to check on the set of specific instructions from the application form and any additional guidelines released by the concerned authorities for a hassle-free process.


Where clarification is needed, it will be wise to contact the relevant authorities or the helpdesk.
