I will join MD Forensic due to my rank. Is it possible that I write NEETPG again next year and if I get good rank I will again join in a different college to branch of my choice. Will rules permit??

Yes, you can take the exam for NEETPG again next year and if you get good rank you can drop out from current college and join a different college with the department of your choice. You have to join the college as a fresher which means that you will have to repeat your 1st year of MD for that particular department. Prepare well, think carefully and then take a decision.
