- You need to contact VIT officuals in advance stating your absence and reason with written letter.
- Secondly, you might be allowed to take subsequent date dor which you need to be present at the timings alloted by them with all proper documentation and Demand draft.
- Also, whichever branch is available you shall have to take it regardless of your rank.
- Request you to abide all rukes and protocol.
- All the best ahead.

U have to contact to vit because if u miss the councelling you seat may be gone
