According to the criteria of BITSAT ":

Only Students who are appearing for 12th class examination in current year or who have passed 12th class Examination in the previous  year are eligible to appear in the BITSAT-2020 test.

Yes! you are Eligible for BITSAT 2021 . But you can't give BITSAT any further ( I.e, you cant give BITSAT 2022) .

Yes you can give BITSAT next year and this year also, if you want to as appearing 12th candidate. However, you need to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as your subjects, and minimum 75% marks in those subjects. For appearing candidate also this rule apply and your admission is possible iff you get this minimum marks.

Hello dear student !

BITSAT examination is conducted for admission in BITS institute. Any student who has passed his 12th boards examination with 75% aggregate in PCM can appear in the examination. Infact, there is no lower or upper age limit for it. So YES you can appear in the BITSAT examination in 2021 if you have secured 75% aggregate in your class 12th (PCM).
