The cutoff at which you will be considered NEET qualified is 126. Hence, you are definitely eligible to apply in colleges via your NEET score.
But the thing is that BHMS and BAMS government colleges demand a bit high score in NEET than you have scored. This won't make you eleigible to sit for counselling process. You will have to apply in private colleges.
