To be honest your marks is quite low to secure any government seats. The cut offs every year is increasing way to high , so I will suggest you to wait till the cut off for this year is out.
The gap in cut off between OBC and Unreserved category is not that big , so one can't say it clearly. If you have the state domicile you might can get a seat.
