Raja, we have discussed as to how to become a Neurosurgeon in India and abroad including US and Singapore at length in our previous answers. However, to just give you a gist, you need to appear for NEET, score enough to secure a seat and complete your MBBS and mandatory 1 year internship. Post your MBBS, you need to study MS Neuro to become a Neuro Surgeon. To set up a clinic, you need to take relevant permissions from the City Leadership to build a Hospital. But if you want to set up a chain of Hospitals, the process might be different based on the Cities that you want to spread the Hospitals to and the rules of Muncipal corporations. This needs to be taken up with relevant administration.
