Biomedical engineering is related to Engineering principles to the fields of biology and Healthcare.
Biomedical engineers design and develop medical systems, devices and equipments. They combine Engineering principles with medical and biological sciences to design computer systems , softwares etc used in healthcare.
If you want to pursue your career in biomedical engineering then you should do Bachelor of Engineering ( B.E) in Biomedical Engineering offered at selected institutes. Or,
You can do BE in any of the Engineering branches and go for Postgraduate course in Medical technology. You can opt for any conventional branches of Engineering and after that you can go for Postgraduate courses in Biomedical Engineering.
You need to pass in class 12 in Science stream with PCM and biology.
