Through CSE you are becoming an overall Computer Science engineer. You are not making any compromise in terms of any specialisation. So, from the 2nd year on wards only, you choose a specialisation otherwise everybody will get a degree in computer science engineering but based on your interest from the 2nd year on wards, you will be choosing one of the six specialisations and you will be doing your  elective courses in these particular specialisations. You will be having the double advantage that you will not be compromising on your basic computer science foundations and core areas and you are also getting one specialised area so that you will be equipped with the  latest requirements of the industry. So you are getting both of these things.
