I wish to study BS-MS physics in IIT, but whether i should write both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of jee main or only one

Inorder to do the BS-MS Physics in IIT premises you need to write the one paper only i.e paper 1 because in paper 2 is for only those applicants who wish to do their UG degree in B.Arch domain.
