If you want to take admission in NIT kurukshetra then you will consider as a Haryana's residential and most of the private college don't consider about domicile so don't worry about it.If  you go through Haryana CEET then they consider about your domicile but 10 percent seats are open for other state so you may go  if they consider domicile.
