I withdraw my seat in josaa counseling on 4/11/2020 can I get my money back?

Hello,
As per norms of JOSAA, if one has exercised withdraw option then you will not be considered for subsequent rounds of seat allotment. And your seat acceptance fees will be refunded to you after deducting the processing charges of Rs. 2000.
