The CSAB 2019 will allot seats on the basis of students rank in JEE Main . The CSAB 2019 special round counselling will be held in online mode only.
All the best
Hope this helps
You now just need to do registration for csab round ( i.e by paying 1000/1500 ) which is not refundable .
And for this you should check the csab site for the registration portal and further details.
And if you get my seat in csab rounds than the fee you paid during the josaa couseling will be adjusted in your college fee and if you don't get any seat than the charges ( about 1500 ) will be deducted from the josaa paid fee and remaining will be credited bin your account.
Good luck
