Your marks are good enough to apply for government medical colleges under state quota .well I can't specifically say which state as you haven't mentioned one but with 385 marks and your category you have fair chances of getting a seat in government college.You can apply for private medical colleges too to be on safer side but I'll say you have chances in government college Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
