Every year approximate cut off happens to be somewhere around 450. In 2017, it was 453 (for general) and this year, 2018 it was 468 (again for general category). But no one fetches a government medical college if they lie near the cut off marks. The government medical seats are very limited and so, reaching till 520(approx) all the seats are taken. There is a bit CHANCE of getting a govt medical seat only if you score more than 490. But if you reach somewhere more than this, you'll definitely get a seat.
