There are courses provided in B.Tech like Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering etc. Not all colleges provide all these courses. There are several NITs and IITs that provide one or two of these courses. Admission to these institutes occur with scores in JEE Mains and Advanced. Other than this, there are state level governemnt colleges also that provide this couse.

If you are asking about college in a particular state, please mention the state. State level colleges can enroll students based on merit of qualifying examination or, plus state-, college-level entrance examination. The factors important for admission depend on college.
