i would like to become a chemical engineer... i took computer science in high school which involves physics chemistry and maths are these only needed to do this course... and is biology required to study this course .. whithout taking bio science can i take this course?
The educational qualification required for Admission in Btech chemical engineering differs from college to college, however the basic educational qualification required to get admission in the same that is followed by most of the Colleges in India is that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 with atleast 50% marks for unreserved categories and there is a relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, the candidate must have completed their 10+2 with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects.

With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that for to be eligible you need to have maths definately in you 10+2th , fundamentals are biology are required in this course but yes pcm student is eligble to persue this course but you need to have strong background in physics and maths too
