------- If you have filled the choices for the UP NEET Counseling as per your preference order, then after the seat Allotment is done, if you aren't alloted any seat, then you can exit the Counseling without forfeiture of your security money.

------- BUT, if you are alloted a seat then, you can exit only after forfeiture of your security deposit, if you go by the Counseling Brochure released on the official website of UP NEET Counseling conducting body.

There is no particular way of exiting from UP Neet Counseling procedure. If you have got a seat in All India Quota, the best way is to not fill your choices in the choice locking option. Through this option, you will automatically be removed. After the counseling ends, your demand draft will be refunded back to you at the same nodal centre where you verified your documents earlier.
