Yes if it is showing that your id is already registered it means that you have used that email for registration before and it is still in their record. So you might not remember the password, you can click forget password and it will come in your email id to change and you can login with it. If you don't want you can re register with fresh registration , with new email id and phone number.

Yes. If you have previously registered and your Basic Registration has been accepted, you can use the same application. All you need to do is generate RUC code and make the payment when AIIMS releases the Code generation dates. Once the Basic Registration closes on January 16th, AIIMS will release the Status of the Basic registration on 20th January. Any corrections that need to be made will have to be made between January 21st to  January 30th. AIIMS will release the final status of the Basic Registration on February 4th, 2020. Now you will be able to generate the RUC code between 14th March to 15th April. Now you need to make the payment for your application between 14th March to 15th March and then generate the RUC Code as you already have the Basic Registration.
