Have you submitted all the necessary documents? If so,

Official Notice put out by the council,

A number of test results were not available and marked as ‘withheld’ on the official AIBE results website.

The website has stated that “If your result is ‘Result Withheld’ then it means your result is under consideration of the council”.

The BCI source said that these results were withheld for various reasons such as mismatching signatures, markings, enrollment numbers or cuts on answer sheets, and/or  payment issues – some exam fees are believed to not yet have reached the BCI from the state bar councils.

Later, a BCI source stated that ITES Horizon had promised to upload the complete results within two or three days. 

I suggest that you wait on it and keep checking for updates frequently.
