    Hello aspirant,

    Yes, you can take up the CSE course. But according to your rank you can't get seat in government polytechnics instead there are plenty of private polytechnics offering seats for students. You can choose a polytechnic College which is suitable for you. Pursuing CSE course is a good thought. By pursuing this course you'll have a great opportunities awaiting in your future and you can design your career with great job opportunities.
