i wrote my 12th exam in supplementary exam but I failed in maths .how and when can I write that subject again

If I'm not mistaken, there are no time limits for 12th semester attempts, and you can only attempt three times. But you have to wait months for the exams, which is a waste of your valuable time, so try harder and finish your paper as soon as possible. Good luck. Keep fighting.
