i wrote my birth date wrong in my NEET PG application. Is there any way to rectify it ? or will i be disqualified now ??

You cannot edit your Date of Birth even in the correction window. And this is a column that needs to be entered correct. So if you haven't made the payment yet, please go ahead and re-register with a new Email Id and mobile no#. Even if you have made the payment, the only option for you is to re-register and refill the application. You cannot change your date of birth during the correction window.
