Hello Aspirant ,
It is not going to affect your studies so bad . And after finishing your studies you can definitely become a good doctor with a compromised vision but may be a career in core surgery might be hard and can be avoided if possible as it needs extreme precision but normally there are many people in the medical field with low eyesight , it is the knowledge that matters . You can take any other specialization and practice ,eyesight won't be an issue. However you can do a laser eye surgery after through research about whether it will be okay for you . Anyways I would suggest you to take good care of your eyes from now on. If there is any treatment routine to reduce the power then go for that.
