You can apply for ayush courses you will get good private bams/bhms colleges
By doing degree in ayush courses you will also become a doctor
If you have a money you can opt for private college
if you want mbbs college  go on site

And register yourself for mbbs counselling because you have qualified the exam you can participate in the counselling!!
