I wrote wrong qualifying examination code and CBSE is not allowing me to correct them so I am facing problem in future while councilling ?

Considering NEET, you are asking for. And there will no issue if you have entered a wrong code, this is not the important field to fill in. So just dont worry about that and focus on your preparation well.
