I wrote wrong roll number in my class 12th board practical copy. But the last two digits were correct. Will it be fine?

It is a blunder. Filling of necessary details with precision is must because at last your copy will be checked by external examianers so rather than messing up you should fill everything with precision. There are very high chances that your copy will be scrutinized again
It can be okay because you have filled last digits correctly so just wait for the results.
