Yeah, you can do that and read those miscellaneous Chapters a month or two before JEE Mains First Attempt, or perhaps before your Full Syllabus Mock Tests begin for JEE Main. But do remember, you should never miss a question from that section, be it regarding Statistics or Reasoning in Maths or Semiconductor and Dimensions in Physics. Hi aspirant!
With a few days left for JEE main exam in January it is not advisable to start a new chapter. You should instead focus on the portions related to mechanics, heat and thermodynamics, electrostatics, current electricity. Try revising class 11 syllabus as well and practice more mock test papers to qualify JEE mains with a better rank. Prepare a study routine and give your best!

Hello
You have to prepare all the topics. You can give more concentration to important topic. And practice more problems on that topics. But you have to see all the topics whether it is important or not as you you can not say anything about on which topic you will get question or not. So prepare all the topics.
Hope this helps
Thank you
