iam a 3 class student with hindi medium can change my medium in 4class by English medium

Yes, you can definitely change your school from Hindi medium tto English. You just need to get admission in English medium school. But for that you need to improve your English as in English medium school you need to talk in English only. English is the one and only language that will be used in that school.

yes obviously and easily you can change your medium from hindi to english. As you are still in class 3 it will be easier for you to change. you just need some documents to show and all those documents will be provided by your previous school. so with the help of those documents you can go further for studies in english medium.
