Your code will be 2.Code 2 says that a candidate who have 12 years higher/secondary examination or Indian School certificate examination (ISCE) or it's equivalent which is 10+2 must opt code 2.Also you must have studied Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology/Bio-technology or mathematics or any elective considered as major subject as prescribed by NCERT.

As you are in final year of Bsc biochemistry so your CODE will be CODE 5
because you had successfully completed your 1st year of Bsc but the Bsc is still not complete yet .

Code 5 for NEET qualifying criteria 2020:
Anyone who has passed the first year of a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with Physics, Chemistry, BIology/Biotechnology inclusion of practical tests. Candidates should also verify that the first year exam qualified is a university level exam and they have also qualified Class 12 qualifying examination with the said subjects at a level not less than a core course.
