You must provide your OBC certificate—more especially, the OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate—during counseling, not the actual CDS test, in order to take it . To receive the benefits of reservations, this certificate is required.
Eligibility Requirements:
- The Central Government's OBC list need to include your caste.
- An OBC-NCL certificate from the appropriate authorities is required.
