Iam a student from telangana ,i got Gpat (pharmacy)rank. In state we have bc(veerashaiva lingayat ),but in central level its showing general ,for further studies what Certificate should i kept ??I need OBC certificate sir please provide the certificate sir.pls pls pls pls

for higher study caste certificate is not mandatory, but you would get benefits other than general category in case you belongs to any of the reserve category like sc/ st/ obc -ncl etc. general category students may apply for ews category certificate if the eligibility criteria satisfy by them. now coming to gpat exam , gpat score is valid for three years, students would get 12400 per month to study for regular course of m.pharma . however candidates from reserve category must have the certificate satisfying their category and eligibility criteria. Creamy layer OBC candidates who had qualified under OBC category are not eligible for GATE scholarship, however Candidates qualified under SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Physically Handicapped not having authentic certificate are not eligible for GATE/GPAT scholarship.
to get obc certificate you have to visit the office of local tehsil or may apply on official website of backward class welfare site.
