Iam a teacher for promotion purpose can I do B,ed and M.A. together? If year of passing same the both degrees valid or not valid?

Hey, you can do the both B,ed and M.A together. But one restriction is there, which is that both should not in regular mode, it will affect the one above the other. So students can peruse the two degrees through a combination of distance and regular modes. However, two degree programme pursued through regular mode is not valid.
