Yes, you can take part in this year's TNEA Counselling. You will need SSLC or Class 12th TC and CLC or College TC both. The officials will need evidence of you leaving the college then they will allow you to join the new college where you will get admission this year.

TNEA 2022 counselling comprises around 440 academies and 1.5 Lakh seats. This counselling process entirely happens on the internet. The procedure may be administered in four sessions.
Nominees can contribute to matching terms established on the rank.
Every term possesses five phases enrollment, fee, option locking, assigning of seats and verification.
The entries are solely established on a merit record readied on the footing of grade 12th totals of the enrolled nominees and without an entrance exam being administered.
So, you have to enter only your 12th standard marks or scores.
