If you belong to Andhra Pradesh then you must be having Domicile of Andhra Pradesh. Since you have applied for neet counselling 2020 in Telangana, if you get any college there , you will get through All India quota seat, if you have good marks in NEET and depending upon your Category. You also can apply for state quota seats from Andhra Pradesh.
