Hello,
It is difficult to say that what code they are actually asking. Although there are several codes regarding the candidates which define there qualifications and which category do they fall in. If my assumption is correct then there is code 1 for the candidates still in waiting for 12th result, code 2 for who have completed there 12th, code 3 for a intermediate student, code 4 for completing pre medical examination, code 5 for people in 3 year degree course, code 6 for the candidates who have completed BSc and code 7 for candidates completing examination with intermediate science.
