If you have the strong interest in computer science you can opt for the course even if you are in pcb. You have physics, chemistry, maths along with it which is required for engineering.Software engineering is the application of engineering concepts to software development. Its main goal is the creation, improvement, and maintenance of software. If you want to become a software engineeer,first you need a bachelor's degree.Software engineers usually need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related technical field. Some employers may require that candidates hold a master’s degree. Candidates may also be required to have experience.
