Nandini, if you want to study MBBS based on your current 12th subjects, you are not eligible for NEET, which is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. But if you can study your 12th again through NIOS with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and secure minimum aggregate of 50% in these 3 subjects, you will be eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now there is no upper age limit for NEET and so you can appear for NEET if you take this path.

Since you have commerce as your background in your PUC, you are not eligible to answer NEET exam. NEET is only meant for those students who wish to apply for medicine and it is mandatory to have Science in class 11 and 12. The mandatory subjects for the same should be physics, chemistry, biology and English. You cannot join MBBS.
